Clover Club
Ingredients: 1½ oz Gin, 1 Egg White, 1/4 oz Raspberry Syrup (or Grenadine), 3/4 oz Lemon Juice, 8 dashes Virtue bitters
Preparation: Dry shake ingredients to emulsify, add ice, shake and served straight up.
Served: Straight up; without ice
 
Garnish: Raspberries
Glassware: Cocktail glass
