Staunch Cocktail

This well-balanced cocktail sports bourbon, cherry herring, amaro, lemon juice and a few dashes of our award-winning Golden Bitters. 

• 1 1/2 oz bourbon
• 1/4 oz Cherry Herring
• 1/4 oz Angostura Amaro
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 oz honey simple syrup
• 5 dashes Strongwater Golden Bitters

Shake cocktail with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
