We believe good things take time. All of our recipes take months, if not years, to arrive at the product you receive. That’s why we built our own manufacturing facility and make our products in-house, which gives us the creative freedom to experiment and be perfectionists, so you have the most premium, flavorful, satisfying drink.

Technique

Bitters: Whole herb and botanic maceration infusions 

Syrups: Balancing whole plant extracts with pure sugar in small batches  

Sparkling: Starts with sourcing the finest ingredients and water, combining  with maximum carbonation and finishing with sustainable packaging and processes

Strongwater is inspired by the strongwater shops of old, which hawked elixirs as medicine. Our earliest bitters followed that tradition, drawing on the healing powers and powerful flavors of botanicals as modern-day potions. 

But, like water, our course has evolved, shifting from a focus on herbs to carving out a new path as award-winning players on bar carts and bar shelves. Today, we’re shifting closer to our roots, imagining whole-plant beverages with functional benefits and flavors that transport you to different places, moods, and memories.

All of our potions are inspired by our team’s global travels and the flavors they encounter.  Each product is designed to take you on a journey — each sip can transport you to icy fjords or sun-soaked Italian courtyards.

While our flavors have been places, their creation is local to Colorado. Our beverages are hand-crafted in small batches in Denver with Rocky Mountain water.
