Desert Bird Cocktail
- 3/4 oz mezcal
- 3/4 oz Velvet Falernum Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2-3 dashes Strongwater Riza Bitters
- Lime wedge garnish
Combine all ingredients, shake, strain and pour into a cocktail coupe glass. Serve with a lime wedge for garnish.
