Old Fashioned Classic

(WHISKEY COCKTAIL KIT)

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 1 demerara sugar cube
• 2-3 orange peel dimes
• 1 dash Strongwater Golden bitters
• 1 dash Strongwater Creole bitters

In a mixing glass, add orange peel dimes (medallions), sugar cube, Golden and Riza bitters, and a small dash of water. Muddle all ingredients thoroughly, breaking up the sugar and working the orange peel dimes to extract their oils. Add whiskey, add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with cherry and/or orange twist.
