Rose French 75 Cocktail Recipe

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz rose prosecco
• 4 dashes Strongwater Floral Bitters

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup until combined. Strain into chilled champagne coupe or flute; float with prosecco and spray or dash Strongwater Floral Bitters.
