Sazerac Variation

(WHISKEY COCKTAIL KIT)

• 1 1/2 oz bourbon
• 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
• 1/2 oz Averna Amaro
• 3 dashes Strongwater Amores Bitters
• 1 bar spoon of herbsaint or absinthe (for rinse)
• Lemon peel for garnish

In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, vermouth, amaro and Amores bitters with ice and stir thoroughly until chilled. Prepare cocktail glass with a rinse of absinthe or herbsaint and empty. Strain over fresh ice into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
