Sparkling Ruby Cocktail

(ZEAL, BOULDER, CO)

• 1 1/4 oz whiskey
• 2 oz Rhone wine
• 1 oz strawberry rosemary syrup
• 4 dashes Strongwater Floral Bitters
• Herb leaves to garnish

Add all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass and shake cocktail with ice. Strain over fresh ice in cocktail glass. Add a splash of sparkling water and garnish with an herb leaf - sage, rosemary or basil.
