Spicy Pear Cocktail

• 1 1/2 oz mezcal
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur 
• 1/4 oz pear brandy
• 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
• 2 dashes Strongwater Wildfire Bitters

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cordial glass. Garnish with lime twist.
