• 1 1/2oz Old Tom Gin
• ¼oz Douglas Fir Eau di Vie
• ½ oz Green Chartreuse
• ½ oz Simple syrup
• 3¾ oz Strongwater Persimmon Lavender Shrub
• Lavender sprig to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lavender sprig and serve.
