Willet Happen Cocktail Recipe

JAMES LEE, THE BITTER BAR, BOULDER, CO

• 1 oz Willet Rye
• 1/2 oz Cognac
• 1/2 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
• 3-4 dashes Strongwater Amores Herbal Bitters

Stir over ice and strain into coupe glass. No garnish.
