A nod to our founder’s Scandinavian roots and the area’s history of plant medicine, it draws on the north’s crisp alpine air and pine-dense forests. Experience zesty citrus, makrut lime, lemongrass, sage, and dill. It’s clean, sharp, and a little bit untamed like the fjords it flows from.
Tonics are not created equal. With all of our sparklings, science makes them the best on the shelves. That starts with achieving the maximum amount of carbonation. We’ve undergone plenty of experiments and internal testing to achieve the crisp bite that makes something so pleasant to sip. In our opinion, it’s one of the most important ingredients in a high-quality drink. In our tonic waters, we combine a curated mineral content to achieve a champagne-like bubble.
