A savory twist on one of my absolute favorite cocktails... the margarita! The margarita to me is amazing given that you can make it as simple as you want or go crazy with it. The possibilities are endless.
Additionally, the Strongwater Wildfire gives it a perfect bite on the backend. You can make this using actual peppers as well, but the benefit of the Wildfire is it gives you much more control over the spice, which is important when working with a volatile flavor.
- 1.5 ounces Reposado Tequila
- 1 ounce Mezcal
- .75 ounce fresh lime juice
- .5 ounce Triple Sec
- 5 dashes - Wildifire Bitters (habanero, jalapeño, ghost, kaffir lime)
- A hefty pinch of fresh cilantro (muddled with lime)
