A play off the Ramos Gin Fizz was an easy choice given its rich creamy winter time texture, but bright citrus, floral, and refreshing notes. Underneath a thick layer of wet April snow (foam) you find bright and aromatic citrus notes of spring. Garnished with flowers and mint representing the rebirth of Spring, their beauty is then dusted over by snow flakes (powdered sugar).
- 2oz of gin
- .5oz fresh lemon juice
- .5oz fresh lime juice
- .5oz heavy cream
- .75oz homemade citrus spice simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3oz of sparkling rosé
- 4 dashes of VIRTUE - Rose Alpine Sage Bitters (add at end over the head)
