Here is a brand new cocktail from Strongwater featuring a collaboration with our parent company the Perfect Purée of Napa Valley! The inspiration for this cocktail came from the traditional folk song of Scotland/Ireland, 'Wild Mountain Thyme'. It features Strongwater's Aromatic Bitters with The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley's Yuzu Juniper Thyme Syrup.
1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Yuzu Juniper Thyme Syrup
3 dashes Strongwater Aromatic Bitters
1 Egg White
0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Yuzu Juniper Thyme Syrup
3 dashes Strongwater Aromatic Bitters
1 Egg White
Add Irish Whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, Fresh Lemon Juice, Yuzu Juniper Thyme Syrup, Aromatic Bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice to shaker and wet shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass (with or without ice) and garnish with a lemon peel.
